Pregnancy Reflexology in Frome

I offer fertility, pregnancy and postnatal reflexology in Frome to help mums in their pregnancy and birth journey. I specialising in helping you go into labour sooner and turning breech babies.

Reflexology is the reading and gentle manipulation of the feet in order to aid the body’s natural processes. It includes a relaxing foot massage and improves well-being, enhances sleep and aids relaxation, all of which will help the body to do its job better.

Pregnancy Reflexology is hugely relaxing and can help reduce stress brought on by anxiety, pelvic pain, back pain, fear or labour or induction, and other symptoms and problems associated with pregnancy and labour. It can also help you go into labour sooner and reduce the amount of pain relief required in labour!

Postnatal Reflexology can help you to unwind and reduce the impact of motherhood (fatigue, breastfeeding and parenting generally).

You can have a treatment in the comfort of your own home, or come to Birthzang’s treatment room in Frome, Somerset. Non-moving babies are welcome…however you will probably relax much more if you can leave them with someone.

I also treat dads or partners and I am happy to discuss a package for double treatments or regular sessions. Please get in touch.

Appointments can be booked via email eleanor@birthzang.co.uk or call me on 07931756461.

Treatments can either be in your home (subject to location) or at mine – please note I have two friendly cats.

I am a registered reflexologist, having qualified with an IIHHT Diploma in Reflexology in 2001. I completed a conception and maternity reflexology course in July 2015 with Sally Earlam to enhance my treatment of parents and parents-to-be.
