Eleanor was a really good teacher and is clearly very passionate about what she teaches.
We started our day not really sure what to expect with on and off worries or concerns about birth including my husband not really sure about what practical things he could do.
We loved learning the biology part and being amazed at what happens to a woman’s body during labour and birth which makes you understand that your body is MADE to do this.
She covers lots of different tools so you have a wide range to pick and choose from to use when it comes to your own big day. Some things will resonate with you and some won’t.
Partners being heavily involved and even doing some of the movements with the ladies is also great as it makes them feel more involved and I think will help them understand things a little better.
At the end of the day we both felt that we had learned a lot and are now feeling very confident and informed. We would thoroughly recommend this course to others.
