Classes cost £10 for a drop-in class. You can also buy a 5-class pass for £45 (valid for 3 months) or a 10-class pass (valid for 6 months.
You can use your class pass for any yoga class and mix and match if you like.
HOW TO BOOK A CLASS
You book all classes via my online booking system. You can either pay one-off or create an account to get class passes and other events. Payment is via Paypal or Stripe (you don’t need an account but you will need a card).
WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear soft clothes that give you room to move. Leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. It is best to have bare feet in class as it gives you better grip so avoid wearing tights if possible.
WHAT TO BRING
I provide all yoga mats but if you prefer to use your own please feel free to bring it.
I also recommend bringing a blanket for relaxation as your body can cool down when you lie still.
Pregnancy yoga – please bring a cushion or pillow to rest your head.
Mum & Baby Yoga – please bring a blanket or rug for your baby to lie on. You might also want to bring a toy or snack if they are a bit older.
